Quick answer
What belongs on the first North Bend rink request?
If the North Bend floor cannot clear skating, do not promise it. Keep Money Wheel as a side station and skip inventing a smaller rink size.

What North Bend can add next to the portable rink
The rink package is shared. The North Bend row under it is not. Those rentals are Money Wheel, Slot Machines, Texas Holdem, and Coney Island Photo Booth.
Ice Skating Rink
Choose the rink only when North Bend has a flat rectangle that is not already the dinner layout.
Money Wheel
Money wheel as one casino station, not a package with every table. Place it off the skate entrance.
Slot Machines
Slot machines as their own rental. Skip them if the corner is already full. It does not replace the rink.
Texas Holdem
Holdem table for guests who want a seat, not a wandering game. Place it off the skate entrance.
Coney Island Photo Booth
Coney Island booth style from the photo catalog. Tell us the guest ages if this station is for families.

Local event planning
Guest flow for ice skating rentals in North Bend
North Bend timelines slip when the truck window is still a guess. Lock the address and the floor, then decide whether Money Wheel even fits. One contact on site is more useful than a landmark.
Send the loading facts
Door width, stairs or an elevator, and where the truck waits in North Bend belong on the quote. A flat surface matters more than a neighborhood nickname.
Split skate traffic from photos
Lace skates away from Money Wheel so one line in North Bend does not block the other.
Seat the craft or side station
Money Wheel needs a table or a marked corner with no skate traffic through it.
Confirm the flat floor
Concrete, asphalt, or a gym floor can work in North Bend. Soft lawn without a firm base is a no.
