What New York County can add next to the portable rink
The rink package is shared. The New York County row under it is not. Those rentals are Snowflake Photo Ornaments, Cookie Art, Craps, and Green Screen Photo Party.
Ice Skating Rink
Choose the rink only when New York County has a flat rectangle that is not already the dinner layout.
Snowflake Photo Ornaments
Acrylic snowflake ornaments sealed with event photos. Place it off the skate entrance.
Cookie Art
Cookie decorating at a seated table, not a photo backdrop. Say so on the date request if the room is tight.
Craps
A craps table only if the room can give it a clear standing edge. Keep its line from crossing the rink path.
Green Screen Photo Party
Green screen booth with its own backdrop. Place it off the skate entrance.

Local event planning
Spectator edges versus skate traffic in New York County
Large rooms in New York County fail when every guest is aimed at one backdrop. Give skating its own entrance and keep Snowflake Photo Ornaments off that path. One contact on site is more useful than a landmark.
Seat the craft or side station
Snowflake Photo Ornaments needs a table or a marked corner with no skate traffic through it.
Confirm the flat floor
Concrete, asphalt, or a gym floor can work in New York County. Soft lawn without a firm base is a no. Indoor rooms work when the floor is flat and the ceiling clears the setup.
Name the age mix
Toddler size 8 through adult size 13 travel with the package. Ages help staff the New York County sizing tent.
Write the hard out
Put the New York County start and end on the request so setup and pickup use the same window.
