Decide what guests should leave with, then check how the booth fits your room. A 360 video experience, an open-air photo station, and an enclosed booth create different moments even when they serve the same event.

An inflatable photo booth describes a structure, not a guarantee of a particular camera, print format, or sharing feature. Ask for the current setup details. Likewise, booking a 360 experience does not automatically include printed photos.
Start with the keepsake
Choose a 360 format when the moving-camera experience is part of the attraction. Choose an open-air or enclosed photo setup when still images are the priority. If printed favors matter, confirm the print size, quantity arrangements, design deadline, and what happens if guests want additional copies.
If guests want digital files, ask how they receive them, what connectivity is required, and whether there is a fallback if venue internet is unreliable. Confirm any gallery access and delivery schedule. Get permission through your organization’s normal process before reusing employee, student, or guest images in marketing.
Measure the whole experience, including the queue
