FAQ
Laser tag rental FAQs for Forest City, PA
How many people play at once for Forest City laser tag?
Play stays at 4 vs 4 – eight active players. Around Forest City, we rotate waiting squads so larger guest lists still get real heats without overcrowding the field. Guest count changes the number of heats, not the eight-player active limit.
Will laser tag work for 100 or 200 person events?
Yes. Squads of four, two squads per heat, and posted brackets keep big groups organized. Plan roughly 13 qualifier heats for 100 guests or about 25 for 200, then a short playoff.
Open Air vs Arena – which should we pick?
Choose Open Air when the venue already has usable open space and you want the leaner quote. Choose Arena when you want a contained inflatable field and a stronger event centerpiece.
What footprint should Forest City venues expect?
Start near 40×40 ft clear for Open Air. Confirm Arena footprint plus approach paths if you want the inflatable upgrade. Share Forest City surface and load-in notes on the quote.
Do you set up laser tag indoors and outdoors?
Yes – gyms, fields, student centers, lawns, and flat lots. We review weather, ceiling height, power, and guest flow before locking the plan.
What comes with a Forest City laser tag rental?
Equipment, staff briefing, heat timing, setup/cleanup, and bunkers or arena elements based on your option. Forest City hosts can also add interactive, carnival, or concession pieces on the same quote.
Ready to put laser tag on your Forest City calendar?
Send the date and venue details. Party Pros will confirm Open Air or Arena availability and help you build a fuller challenge-zone quote if you want interactive, carnival, or concession add-ons with it.
