Party Pros delivers the dunk tank empty and fills it at the event. It does not arrive filled with water. Tell us where the water connection is and how the crew will reach the setup area. Fill time depends on the water supply and equipment, so allow an agreed setup window before guests arrive.
If there is no water access at your venue, tell us before booking. We will discuss whether the location is workable; do not assume filled delivery or a water truck is included.
Choose an event with a willing star

What to confirm about your site
Access and placement
Share the route from the delivery vehicle, gate openings, surface photos, and any slopes or obstructions. Party Pros must approve the setup position and clearances for the actual tank.
Water and drainage
Identify the water connection and discuss filling and end-of-event drainage with the venue and crew. Keep the splash area separate from electrical equipment, food service, and main walking routes.
Staff and volunteers
Staffing depends on the rental and is quoted separately. Confirm who operates the attraction and who handles tickets, the queue, announcements, and volunteer changeovers.
Weather and timing
Agree on setup, operating hours, breaks, weather decisions, and breakdown before the event. Include time for filling and draining when planning venue access.

Will it fit through our gate?
Send the measured opening, route photos, and any turning or overhead restrictions. The crew will check them against the actual equipment.
Who decides the water level and operating rules?
The operator follows the requirements for the actual tank. Hosts should not lower the water level, add chemicals, or change the setup based on general internet advice.
Do we need venue permission?
Check with the property owner or event organizer before booking. Share any equipment, insurance, water-use, drainage, or event-permit requirements with Party Pros during planning.
